For e-commerce brands

Run your whole store from one place.

Money from every channel, every order to the door, every customer known, every message answered. The same system runs our own brands every day.

Book a free store check

Sounds familiar?

The questions we used to ask ourselves every week, before we built the system.

"The driver says they handed over the cash. The notebook says they didn't."
"The courier sent 38,000. For which orders, and after which fees?"
"Cards, Apple Pay, InstaPay, cash. The bank shows a number nobody can explain."
"A customer asked at midnight. By morning they had bought somewhere else."
"We sold a lot this month. Did we actually make money?"
"Our best customer stopped ordering, and nobody noticed."

Each of these now has an answer on one screen.

The OpSync system

Seven modules. One system.

Every module reads the same data, so nothing is typed twice and no two screens disagree. Start with one, add the rest when you are ready.

Module 01, in depth

The money module

Every pound the business owns, wherever it is sitting: with a driver, at the courier, waiting on a card or Apple Pay transfer, in the bank, in the till. Built for how stores actually collect money, cash on delivery included.

01

It replaces what you rent

Accounting software billed every month, plus the bookkeeping hours it still needs. This runs on your own data, fits your store, and fills most of the books from data you already have.

02

It fits how you actually work

Cash in a driver's pocket until they hand it over. A week of cash on delivery still with the courier. Card and Apple Pay money waiting for the morning transfer. InstaPay, the till, two banks. No off-the-shelf tool models any of it.

03

It is a piece of the whole hub

Finance reads the same data as stock, orders, customers, couriers and the AI inbox. One system for every side of the brand, so nothing is typed twice and nothing disagrees.

Proper double entry, generated from the data the hub already holds. Every transaction has to sum to zero, and the day one of them does not, the screen says so in red instead of quietly being wrong.

Click the tabs to explore. Demo values throughout, the real tab sits behind the team's login.

What it gave the team back

The money question has an answer. Where the cash is, who is holding it, and what is still owed used to take a round of phone calls and a spreadsheet somebody kept privately. It is now one screen anybody with the login can read.

Invoices stopped piling up. A photograph is the whole job. The supplier, the date, the number and every line come back typed, the file is stored where an auditor can find it, and the cost lands in the right month on its own.

One system, not five subscriptions. Finance shares a login, a database and a design with the rest of the hub. Built once for this business, so it fits the parts no off-the-shelf product has ever heard of.

Module 03, in depth

Know every customer

Most stores have thousands of customers and know almost nothing about them. The system builds a profile for each one from their orders and deliveries, then tells you who deserves your attention.

Your best customers, by name

Tagged VIP, loyal or new automatically, by what they actually spent and how often they came back.

The ones slipping away

Customers who used to order and went quiet are flagged as at-risk while there is still time to win them back.

Where good customers come from

Which areas, products and channels bring people who buy a second time, not only a first.

One customer, one story

Orders, deliveries, returns and private notes on one profile, so anyone on the team knows the history before they reply.

Module 04, in depth. Live on FigiHome since July

The assistant that never leaves the inbox

FigiHome sells furniture and posters on Shopify. Its customers ask on Instagram, on Messenger, and on the website, in Arabic and English, mostly at night. One assistant now answers all of it, and tells a human the moment it should stop.

7in10 Conversations closed with no human Nobody opened the inbox for them.
23sec Typical time to a first reply Before, a busy evening meant hours.
51% Of messages land outside 9 to 6 Half the shop's demand arrived off-hours.
1in4 Messages are a photo, voice or reel Not text. It reads those too.

Figures on this page are illustrative demo values used to show what the assistant reports on. They are not FigiHome's real business numbers.

Instagram Messenger Website

One brain, three inboxes

The same assistant, the same product knowledge, and the same rules on every channel. A customer who asks on Instagram at midnight and follows up on the website in the morning is still one conversation.

  • It reads the language people actually type. Arabic, English, and franco. "Bs msh mwgoda ala website" gets an Egyptian Arabic reply, not a confused English one.
  • It answers the question that was asked. A yes or no question gets a yes or no in the first sentence, before any product it wants to show.
  • It never invents stock. Availability is checked before an alternative is offered, so a sold-out piece is never presented as in stock.

A custom widget, matched to your brand, not a generic bubble.

What it handles before anyone steps in

Finds a product from a photo

A shopper sends a picture, a story, or one of your own posts. The assistant matches it against the catalogue and names the exact piece and price.

Listens to voice notes and reels

Voice messages are transcribed, shared reels and posts are watched, and both are answered like any other question.

Checks a real order

Give it an order number or a phone and it reads live courier tracking, then says where the delivery actually is.

Knows the catalogue and the policy

Prices, stock, shipping times, returns and exchanges, all read from the live store rather than a script that goes stale.

Knows when to stop talking

A complaint, a refund, or anything it should not decide becomes a ticket. The team is alerted on Telegram and the assistant steps back.

Never interrupts a teammate

If a human is already handling a chat, the assistant stays out of it. It only opens conversations nobody has picked up.

Picks the thread back up

When a paused conversation goes quiet for hours, the assistant resumes it. Nobody is left waiting on a reply that never comes.

And it comes with its own control room

The assistant is not a black box. Inside the same operations hub, its own tab shows every conversation it handled, every ticket it raised, and what customers keep asking for.

Busiest hours

The peak sits after 9pm, when the shop is shut.

Click the tabs to explore. Demo values throughout, the real tab sits behind the team's login.

What it gave the team back

The inbox stopped being a shift. Answering DMs used to mean somebody reading, checking stock, looking up an order, and typing a reply, one customer at a time, well past closing. The assistant now writes the ordinary replies, which is most of them, and the team only opens the tab when a real person is needed.

Nothing waits until morning. Half of FigiHome's messages arrive after hours, and every one of them is answered in seconds instead of sitting unread overnight. Questions that used to go cold now turn into orders.

It is cheaper to run and it misses nothing. Far more efficient than staffing the inbox, and unlike a person at midnight it never skips a message, never forgets to follow up, and never loses a thread. Every conversation, ticket, and follow-up is logged in the hub.

How it works

From the first call to a running system in about three weeks.

  1. 01

    Free store check

Twenty minutes, on a call or on WhatsApp. You tell us how you track money, orders and customers today, and we tell you honestly where it leaks and whether the system fits.

  2. 02

A quote built for your store

We send a fixed quote for only the modules your store needs: a one-time setup plus a monthly fee. No packages, and nothing is charged before you agree.

  3. 03

Setup, then a week side by side

About two weeks to connect your Shopify, courier, payment gateway, drivers and banks. Then the system runs next to your current method until the numbers match.

  4. 04

Handover, then we keep it running

A short training for you and your drivers. After that we watch it, fix what breaks and adjust it as you grow.

We run it on our own brands first

Nothing here is a concept. Every module runs a real brand every day before it is offered to anyone else.

Questions store owners ask us

Do I have to leave Shopify?

No. The system plugs into the Shopify store you already have. Your customers see no change.

I use a courier company, my own drivers, or both. Does it work?

Yes, all three. Our own brands use both at once, so the portal, the cash tracking and the courier payout matching were built for exactly that mix. Bosta is connected today; for another courier we confirm on the free check.

What about card and Apple Pay payments?

Payments through Paymob, including cards and Apple Pay, are tracked from the sale to the bank transfer, with Paymob's fee taken out. If you use a different gateway, we tell you on the free check whether it is ready or needs building first.

Who owns my data?

You do. Each store runs on its own separate setup, never mixed with another store's data. If you leave, your data leaves with you.

Do I need all seven modules?

No. Most stores start with Money and Orders & Delivery, then add modules once those are paying for themselves.

How much does it cost?

A one-time setup and a monthly fee, depending on the modules and your order volume. You get a fixed quote after the free store check, and nothing is charged before you agree to it.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. The AI assistant replies in Egyptian Arabic, English or franco, whichever the customer writes in, and you can ask the business questions in Arabic too.

Do I need someone technical on my team?

No. We set it up, we keep it running and we fix it when something breaks. Your team only uses the screens.
